This Sunday we cover a fairly familiar story. Joseph was one color in Jacob’s eyes: Golden. His brothers turned a different, envious shade: Green. There are many more colors to this story, reflected in Joseph’s coat.
After being sold into captivity by his brothers, Joseph had to ask a key question: Has God forgotten about me?
Here’s your chance to do a fun activity and bring the question home (literally) by discussing ways God has helped your own family during disappointments and hard times. You may also want to discuss the impact of jealousy.
Either way, here’s a discussion sheet to get you going.
